Last night an unusual court session took place at the Magistrate Court in Haifa.
An Israeli citizen asked the Court to issue a restraining order to G-d Al-mighty because “he behaved nastily to me,” according to the quote.
The judge rejected the request.
The applicant claimed that “I’ve been complaining to the Israeli police about G-d for the past three years; they sent police cars to my home ten times. During the past three years He started to treat me harshly and not nicely. I complained to the police many times, and the Israeli police asked me to take out a restraining order.
Judge Ihsan Kanaan immediately rejected the request, stating that “the request is delusional; the applicant does not need the aid of the court but a different type of help, and so I ordered the rejection”.
Did Rabbi Levi Yitzchok of Berdichev not take the Eibishter to a Din Torah? What would the Baal Shem Tov say to such a post?
If this guy would have gone to Beis Din and not a dumb Israeli court, he could have brought Moshiach!!
