After two and a half years since the mysterious disappearance at sea, was declared the millionaire Guma Aguiar, dead by a District Court judge in Florida, following a joint request of his widow and mother Jamie Allen.
Although the two are in a constant battle in court for the right to his will, but they put their differences aside in order to submit a joint petition. After two hearings, Judge Mark Spicer approved their request. Now a court in Israel, here Aguiar has many assets, will have to confirm the determination to release the assets.
Aguiar was born in the late seventies in Brazil of a Jewish mother and grew up there as a Christian. When he was two years old his parents moved to the United States and settled in Florida. At 26, he met Aguiar the Rabbi Tuvia Singer returned him to Judaism.
Aguiar then established energy company with his uncle Thomas Kaplan. The company found a huge arsenal of natural gas and oil in Texas and in 2007 sold for two and a half billion dollars.
