Once again rockets slammed into Southern Israel, as the silence of the night was broken in Netivot, Sdot Negev, Bnei Shimon Regional Council and Ashkelon areas by the sound of “Red Alert” air-raid sirens screeching, alerting residents to run for shelter. The attack occurred shortly before 11:00 PM, the second broach of the cease fire at the conclusion of Operation Protective Edge.
The Grad missiles were fired from the Gaza Strip and landed on Israeli soil, the IDF reported. The IDF Air Force retaliated and hit three terror infrastructures in Gaza.
INN reports that an ISIS affiliated group named “Sheikh Amar Hadid Brigades” claimed responsibility for the attack and promised that there will be more coming.
